Interview With Our Founder
We sat down with our founder, Georgina Badine, to talk about everything from redefining success and building real confidence to navigating conflict at work and finding work life balance. Known for her grounded, compassionate approach to self-development, Georgina shares how Invicta Vita is helping people rise, thrive, and create meaningful change, not through pressure, but through purpose.
Q: Georgina, for those who don’t know Invicta Vita yet, how would you describe what you do?
A: Invicta Vita is a platform built to help people rise, thrive, and sustain success on their own terms; focusing on career growth, conflict resolution, and confidence building, not through unrealistic “hustle” culture but through genuine self-development that fits real life.
“Whether you’re navigating burnout, returning to work, or trying to find your next step, our aim is to give you clarity, confidence, and community.”
Q: What inspired you to start Invicta Vita?
A: I spent years connecting with and coaching professionals who looked successful on paper but felt completely stuck inside. They were overwhelmed, disconnected, and questioning their purpose. I realised there was a huge gap between what corporate culture rewards and what actually sustains us as human beings.
“Invicta Vita was born from that realisation to redefine success as something that’s ambitious, emotionally intelligent and helps individuals navigate their way through work and life.”
Q: What does “Invicta Vita” mean, and why did you choose that name?
A: “Invicta” means undefeated and “Vita” means life in Latin. Together, it’s about living with strength, not because life is easy but because we learn how to stand tall even when it isn’t. It’s a reminder that resilience isn’t about perfection; it’s about self-respect, compassion, and growth.
Q: You often speak about confidence. What’s your definition of true confidence?
A: True confidence is quiet; it’s not about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s knowing who you are, being able to back yourself even when you’re uncertain, and not needing constant validation to feel secure.
“For me, confidence starts with self-awareness. Once you understand your strengths, triggers, and values, your decisions start aligning naturally, and that’s when confidence stops feeling forced and uncomfortable.”
Q: Many people struggle with self-doubt or imposter syndrome. What’s your advice to them?
A: Start by naming it. The moment you can say, “This is self-doubt talking,” you separate yourself from it. Then look for evidence; our brains are great at catastrophising but rarely accurate. And remember, confidence doesn’t mean never doubting yourself. It means doubting yourself and doing it anyway.
Q: Invicta Vita’s 30-Day Rise, Strive & Thrive Challenge has gained a lot of traction online. What was the idea behind it?
A: I wanted to make personal growth simple, tangible, and free. There’s so much noise online about “becoming your best self” that it can feel paralysing. The 30-Day Challenge breaks it into tiny, doable actions such as updating your CV, messaging a mentor, decluttering your wardrobe, or simply going for a walk. It’s about proving to yourself that small, consistent steps create huge momentum.
Q: How do you personally define success now?
A: Success used to mean ticking boxes such as promotions, income, and titles. Now it means freedom and balance. Being able to build something meaningful while still having energy left for life outside work. It’s about waking up proud of how you live, not just what you’ve achieved.
Q: What’s next for Invicta Vita?
A: We’re expanding our community through podcast episodes and live mentorship sessions. I want Invicta Vita to become the go-to platform for anyone ready to grow with purpose, not pressure.
“This next chapter is all about real connection, shared learning, and helping people build happier, stronger careers and lives.”
